An Indian entrepreneur based in Dubai, Manoj founded Rayna Group and built it from the ground up into one of the region's largest travel and tourism groups, now serving more than 5 million guests annually across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, India, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Europe. Rather than operate as a reseller, he built Rayna around end-to-end ownership of its ground operations; experiences, transportation, excursions, with a focus on controlling quality at scale. His interests now extend across travel, events, real estate, hospitality, technology and investment.

Italian by birth, raised in London, and now based between Monaco and Dubai, Lorenzo's early career spanned gaming and hospitality, he remains a principal shareholder in Yolk, the London fast-casual chain. He later moved into private equity and real estate before founding Aurionyx Commodities, a Dubai-based gold trading house sourcing from Ghana and Somaliland, where he's also active on the mining side.
